Clearly, Hughes, like many athletes who participate in competition for years, isn’t quite ready to step down from the adrenaline rush that comes from showcasing his athletic arsenal. It seems, judging by the tone of the President of the UFC, the organization is ready to hand Hughes, his gold watch. They have already given a golden girdle Hughes again; maybe an alarm clock would be a nice accessory to this point in his life. For Hughes's guilt is the hope that it does not pull a Michael Jordan or Brett color, and said he is going, then turn around and say that he left no one wants to see.
