Today News Air France 447: France's investigation of air accidents Agency has published an updated report on what happened aboard Air France Flight 447, which crashed into the Atlantic 2 years. As described here, the plan stalled at 38,000 feet which means that slowed to the point wherever the wings are no longer sufficient lift generated by the aircraft to continue in the air and then dropped to 10,000 feet per minute the Atlantic. (To see this, consider a plane with forty degrees nose down halfway almost vertical falling down, without a lot of air moving over the wings. Planes cannot fly like that. All the way down, the pilots tried to regain control of the aircraft, but failed. The plane continued in a stall despite having all its engines operating normally at full thrust. The report makes it clear that at least one of the plane's speed indicators failed when the plane was flying normally, and when it did, the auto-pilot cut out. The co-pilot then took over manual control of the plane and based on the report shows that inevitably ruined two stall warning sounds immediately shows that the speed of the aircraft became dangerously slow. More specifically, the 2nd the pilot pulled the nose, causing a rise, causing its speed to reduce the eleven seconds after, not a rapid, co-pilot pushed the nose a bit, but apparently not sufficient. The aircraft continued to gain altitude quickly.
